About the course creator

Kelsey Beth

Hello. I am so happy you are here!

I have been empowering kids with mindfulness and other social-emotional practices for more than 8 years. I’ve taught over 1,500 kids both through live online courses and in my classroom community.

In that time, I have experienced multiple benefits and changes in children’s behavior, including an increase in focus and attention span, ability to respond (as opposed to react) to difficult feelings, and connect with others in a meaningful way.

I believe that mindfulness is not just about sitting still and being calm. It’s more about bringing presence and attention to everything we do in life.

I teach mindfulness in a fun and engaging way so that kids can easily use the tools in their daily lives.

Every child should have the tools to connect with their inner selves and develop a spring of wellbeing from the inside out.
