Classroom Mindfulness Workshops

Workshops YouR Students won't forget

Give your students the priceless gift of presence, connection, and inner peace.

Help your students learn better.

These workshops are beneficial for all children (and their teacher).

But they're especially beneficial if your students struggle with:

Overstimulation and hyperactivity

Incessant worries and anxiety

Processing emotions and thoughts

Lack of attention span

Expressing their feelings and ideas

Focusing for extended periods of time

Making meaningful connections with others

Help your students feel calm and connected.

Yoga and mindfulness, combined with skills like self-reflection and creativity, help your students experience a deeper sense of well-being.

Here are some of the benefits:

  • Increased focus and attention
  • Less worry and stress
  • Heart-mind-body connection
  • Ability and space to respond to stimuli, instead of react
  • Awareness of their own thoughts and feelings
  • Better emotional regulation and self-control
  • Increased understanding of others’ feelings
  • Empowered with tools and practices they can use in their daily lives

Children with a deeper sense of emotional well-being do better at school and have stronger relationships with friends and family.

Classroom Mindfulness Sessions

not your ordinary mindfulness workshops for kids

My mindfulness workshops are (w)holistic, interactive, and playful experiences expertly designed for your specific classroom (and age of your students).

They are made to teach and empower your students with important life skills to help them soar through life. Skills like how to breath through worried thoughts, have empathy for their classmates, or practice gratitude on a daily basis.

Students will not only bring home with them a plethora of mindful practices, but also journal pages and other social-emotional crafts to help them internalize the practices and extend their learning and growth into your home.

These workshops are a creation directly made from my heart, based on my own teaching experience, years of mindfulness training, and Master’s degrees in Education and Instructional Leadership.

Who am I?

My name is Kelsey Beth.

I am a lover of coffee shops, travels, doodles, and most of all — teaching and guiding children!

I have spent the majority of my life healing my own emotional experience, and in the meantime, have trained and learned how to teach children to do the same, so they can save years of unveiling stories and unlayering emotions from their childhood.

I believe your child and every child deserves this type of social and emotional spring of well-being.

I have been a teacher for over 8 years and have experienced firsthand how our fast-paced world, full of technology and distractions, is affecting the way children grow up, their attention span, emotional resilience, and their ability to stay present and focused.

I have also experienced how a child’s social and emotional well-being, or lack thereof, can affect every other area of their life, including their academic learning and relationships at school and at home.

This is why I teach these important skills in a way that meets your child exactly where they are and empowers them to integrate these tools into their lives.

Each session includes:

Engaging Mindfulness Mini-lessons

Stillness and breathing exercises

Mindful Movement

Animated Videos for Kids

Playful Songs

Arts and Crafts

Reflecting through drawing and writing

Group sharing

Learning about oneself, one’s system of emotions is the kind of learning that lasts forever.
