When kids understand themselves better, they can create deeper relationships

I’ve helped thousands of children learn how to process their thoughts and feelings through social-emotional learning, mindfulness practices, and creative exercises.

I do this by forming deep connections with my students and using engaging content, “magic” guiding questions, and creative practices together.

Mindfulness Mentorship

Social-Emotional coaching for kids

With this 6 or 12-week coaching program, I meet kids (and tweens) where they are and help them to better understand their own thoughts and feelings and create meaningful connections with others.

They’ll learn to manage stress and anxiety, communicate effectively, express their feelings and needs, and how to respond to emotionally challenging situations instead of simply letting feelings take over.

Online, Small-Group Courses for Kids

Live, online, small-group classes

In these online, small-group courses, kids and tweens will experience engaging content and explore new ways to connect to themselves and others, through videos, writing, drawing, discussing, mind maps, and so much more.

Each week, parents receive extra materials to extend their learning at home, too!

Super-powered Session

One-time, interactive Session

This 60-minute session is created to help children, parents, or teachers learn about and integrate the mindfulness skills and emotional literacy that their children need.

Ask questions, get help creating a social-emotional learning plan for your home or classroom, or use the time as an individualized lesson for your child. You and your child will leave the session feeling clear, confident, and calm!

Classroom Mindfulness Workshops

8 or 12-week session

In these interactive in-classroom mindfulness sessions, kids will learn important social-emotional skills and tools while moving, learning, breathing, and connecting with others!

Teachers and students are provided with a mindfulness curriculum and journals to help extend the learning throughout the school year.
